Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-the-ground technical support to farmers on crop protection and agricultural best practices
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop health and identify pest or disease issues
- Train farmers on the proper use of FMC's agricultural products and technologies
- Collect and analyze field data to inform product development and improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and local stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate farmer meetings, workshops, and demonstration activities
- Report on market trends, farmer needs, and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all field activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (preferred)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in agricultural extension or field work
- Strong knowledge of local crops, farming practices, and agricultural challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse communities
- Physical ability to work in various field conditions and travel extensively
- Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable)
