Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular home visits for in-person loan collection and repayment processing
- Educate customers on loan terms, payment schedules, and financial literacy concepts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and empathetic communication
- Resolve customer inquiries and address payment challenges proactively
- Document all field activities and submit detailed collection reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to update customer information and payment status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, collections, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and local dialects
- Strong interpersonal abilities with customer-centric approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic proficiency in mobile technology for reporting purposes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
