Bali General Contractor is currently seeking a dedicated Field Officer for our MEEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project. In this position, you will be the on-site authority responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction plans and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Site Supervision: Oversee the daily execution of MEEP works, ensuring all activities align with the approved project plans and blueprints.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between engineers, subcontractors, and on-site workers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily progress reports, site logs, and incident reports to project management.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material usage, labor hours, and site modifications.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (S1).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction supervision, specifically within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and safety codes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
