Phoenix Resources International is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Field Operator Woodyard to join our dynamic team in Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate woodyard machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to process and transport raw timber.
- Monitor conveyor systems, chippers, and feeding decks to ensure continuous and smooth woodyard operations.
- Perform routine daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on machinery, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in inventory management by sorting, piling, and organizing logs according to specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and supervisors to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical or vocational training is highly regarded.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in woodyard operations, timber manufacturing, heavy machinery handling, or a similar industrial field.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations and a proactive attitude toward safety protocols.
- Excellent physical stamina to work in outdoor field conditions and handle physical tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-functional team.
- Basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor operational glitches.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the woodyard's operational schedule.
