Join Fresh Factory as a Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) specialist and become the backbone of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll optimize supply chain efficiency by strategically managing production schedules, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring seamless material flow to meet operational demands. Your expertise will directly impact cost reduction, lead time optimization, and overall production output.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal stock levels, and implement inventory control systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to maintain optimal stock
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability for production schedules
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize obsolescence and maximize turnover
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Manage stock replenishment processes including reorder points and safety stock calculations
- Generate inventory reports for management review and strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in PPIC or inventory management within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production and inventory data
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques (ABC analysis, JIT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset for supply chain challenges
