- Oversee daily construction activities and site operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures

- Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation
- Resolve on-site technical issues and resource conflicts
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage teams and project resources
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
