Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect operational processes to ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards for performance reporting and KPI tracking
- Conduct field audits to verify process adherence and identify potential risks
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop actionable reports on operational efficiency and recommend process enhancements
- Implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues and track resolution progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or operational analysis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and reporting software
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in field environments while maintaining high standards
- Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics industry standards and regulations
