Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct door-to-door sales and visit potential clients in the assigned areas (Bacoor, Imus, Gentrifixed, Trece).
- Promote Joyday products and services to local retailers, including street stalls and grocery stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the sales manager.
- Process sales transactions and collect payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and daily reports.
- Report daily sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the team.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Cavite area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry purposes.
