Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out and engage prospective customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service establishments within Metro Manila.
- Promote and demonstrate our diverse range of food products to highlight their value and quality.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the sales management team.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively and profitably.
- Accurately update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with daily sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the Metro Manila area and established local networks are a strong advantage.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
- Valid driver's license and ownership of a motorcycle is highly preferred for field mobility.
- At least a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
