Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct field visits to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients with a clear value proposition.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align field activities with broader brand objectives.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking software.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing and persuading others.
