We are seeking a high-energy Field Sales Associate to join our team in the Muñoz, Quezon City area. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging with prospective customers and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional buying experience for every client. We value passion, integrity, and results-driven performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations.
- Greet and qualify walk-in customers or follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Assist customers with financing arrangements and necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Build and maintain a network of potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure customer retention.
Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive or retail sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Driver’s License (Professional).
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
