Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales calls to existing and prospective retail accounts within the San Fernando area.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet set sales targets.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to increase brand visibility and shelf presence.
- Analyze territory performance data to identify opportunities for growth and resolve distribution gaps.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
- Resolve customer concerns and feedback regarding product delivery and quality in a prompt and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, field operations, or FMCG retail is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to navigate San Fernando, Pampanga, and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic data tracking and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field-based, physical environment.
