Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with motorcycle retailers, workshops, and distributors in Metro Manila
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling the company's full range of motorcycle tires
- Conduct regular market visits to assess inventory levels, display compliance, and gather customer feedback
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports with performance metrics and market insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in automotive, retail, or manufacturing industries
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Metro Manila
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of motorcycle tire technology and market trends preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a field-based role
