Asia Brewery Incorporated, a premier beverage company in the Philippines, is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tuguegarao City. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer loyalty in your designated territory. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. You will identify new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of existing accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with distribution partners to optimize product availability and visibility. You will also prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotions to drive brand awareness and product trial.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business growth.
- Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure product availability and proper merchandising.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and plans for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Tuguegarao City and surrounding areas.
- Must be a resident of Tuguegarao City or willing to relocate.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
