Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell JEA Steel Industries' products to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the steel or construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficient in basic computer applications and sales software
- Knowledge of local market conditions and customer preferences in Pangasinan
