Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dealers to maximize sales performance and meet targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the dealer network in the Northern Samar area.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and skill development.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management or direct selling.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
