Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored for field representatives.
- Conduct regular field visits to observe sales calls and provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify training needs and areas for improvement across the region.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and product launches.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new sales hires to ensure rapid speed-to-competency.
- Maintain and update training modules, playbooks, and sales tools to keep content relevant and effective.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of training interventions through measurable KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training, field coaching, or sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and modern instructional design.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating performance data into actionable training strategies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required by the role.
