As a Field Salesman, you will play a pivotal role in driving market growth. You will be tasked with executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring the consistent availability of our products in your assigned territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute daily sales routes to ensure maximum market coverage within the General Trias and Cavite area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets set by management.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide actionable feedback to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail outlet owners and key stakeholders.
- Implement effective merchandising and promotional displays to enhance product visibility.
- Address customer concerns and resolve delivery or stock issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document daily sales reports, inventory levels, and collection activities using company systems.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Manggahan and Cavite region daily.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and mobile sales reporting tools.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (motorcycle/professional) is an advantage.
