- Install, calibrate, and validate diagnostic equipment at client sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on medical devices
- Diagnose complex technical issues using diagnostic software and tools
- Train healthcare staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory reports
- Collaborate with technical support teams for complex problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with Roche quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in medical equipment service or technical support
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic systems and troubleshooting methodologies
- Certification in relevant medical device technologies (e.g., Roche systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
