- Oversee daily livestock operations including feeding, health monitoring, and facility maintenance
- Implement disease prevention protocols and manage veterinary treatments for cattle
- Monitor breeding programs and reproductive performance metrics
- Coordinate with farm teams to optimize production efficiency and animal welfare
- Document operational data and prepare regular performance reports
- Train farm staff on modern livestock management techniques
- Ensure compliance with agricultural safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with veterinary specialists on herd health improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or related agricultural field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in livestock/cattle production
- Certification in animal health management preferred
- Strong knowledge of cattle breeding and nutrition practices
- Ability to perform physically demanding field work in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license for field travel
- Familiarity with agricultural technology and data recording systems
