Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site training sessions for business partners on system implementation and operational procedures
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve partner challenges
- Monitor and evaluate system adoption effectiveness and partner performance metrics
- Develop and distribute training materials, documentation, and best practice guides
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with business objectives
- Collect and report partner feedback to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Prepare detailed field activity reports and performance analysis for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in training, customer support, or field operations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using business software and willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for regional travel requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in field environments
- Experience in merchandise distribution or retail industry is advantageous
