Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
- Inspect work quality and compliance with technical specifications and building codes
- Manage construction workers, assign tasks, and provide guidance as needed
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to senior management
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, materials used, and workforce allocation
- Resolve on-site problems and make decisions to keep projects moving forward
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
