Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules
- Implement and enforce strict safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel for seamless operations
- Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve on-site technical issues
- Monitor material usage and resource allocation for cost efficiency
- Generate progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with project managers to address challenges and adjust timelines
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field supervision
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3 preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes and technical specifications
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
- Valid SIM C for site mobility requirements
