Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams to maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to building codes
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain accident-free work environments
- Manage on-site resources including labor, materials, and equipment allocation
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with project managers for problem resolution
- Train and mentor junior site personnel on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with construction management software (AutoCAD, Primavera)
