Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new and existing field agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and presentation decks to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor agent performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Facilitate on-site coaching sessions and shadowing opportunities to reinforce learning in real-world scenarios.
- Ensure all training activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a resident of Cebu, Central Visayas.
- Proven experience in sales training, field operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules effectively.
