Join Kredivo Group as a Field Trainer in Lebak, Banten, and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales team. As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing data from every visit by Sales Promoters and merchants/outlets. You will work closely with the sales team to enhance their performance through targeted training and development programs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and process data from Sales Promoter and merchant/outlet visits
- Support the sales team in improving performance through targeted training
- Develop and implement effective training programs for field staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Provide constructive feedback to sales team members
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
- Collaborate with management to align training with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry best practices in training and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in training or teaching, preferably in sales or fintech
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
