Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-the-job training for field staff across Northern Mindanao (Lanao, Iligan, Misamis Occidental)
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials aligned with BillEase's fintech products and services
- Assess training needs and implement performance improvement strategies for field personnel
- Provide continuous coaching and support to ensure consistent service quality
- Collaborate with management to refine training methodologies based on field feedback
- Track and document training outcomes, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to conduct training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Residency in Northern Mindanao (Lanao/Iligan/Misamis Occidental) is mandatory
- Proven experience in training, teaching, or coaching roles
- Strong communication skills with fluency in local dialects and English
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple training schedules
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with fintech or financial services is advantageous
- Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to diverse field environments
