Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Scan, index, and digitize hard copy documents for secure electronic storage and backup.
  • Retrieve and distribute requested files and documents to relevant departments promptly and accurately.
  • Archive outdated records in accordance with legal requirements and internal retention schedules.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including data entry and mail handling.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline document management workflows and improve efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative support, filing, or record keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize large volumes of information accurately.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
