Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Scan, index, and digitize hard copy documents for secure electronic storage and backup.
- Retrieve and distribute requested files and documents to relevant departments promptly and accurately.
- Archive outdated records in accordance with legal requirements and internal retention schedules.
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including data entry and mail handling.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline document management workflows and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in administrative support, filing, or record keeping.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize large volumes of information accurately.
- Proficient in using computer systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in office administration is a plus.
