Webuy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance/Account Assistant to join our growing team in the vibrant hub of Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the processing and verification of invoices and billing documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage and process employee reimbursements and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Perform daily filing of financial documents and ensure an organized document management system.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records on a regular basis.
  • Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and general ledger analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
