Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the processing and verification of invoices and billing documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and process employee reimbursements and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Perform daily filing of financial documents and ensure an organized document management system.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records on a regular basis.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and general ledger analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
