Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Support the senior accountant with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of Malaysian tax regulations is a plus.
