Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full-set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of e-invoicing systems and other financial technology solutions.
- Develop, document, and enforce internal financial controls and accounting policies in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (e.g., SST, income tax) and assist with tax submissions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, expense claims processing, and petty cash management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and provide financial insights.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities as the company grows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in full-set accounting, preferably within a startup or SME environment.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP Business One) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to implement new financial processes or systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving startup culture.
