Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the company's ledger system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to reconcile accounts and ensure seamless operational workflows.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring data integrity.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and verification of invoices.
- Monitor departmental budgets and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and banking regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
