Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payment requisitions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide financial insights.
- Assist with year-end closing procedures and facilitate external audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Proven working experience (2+ years) in a finance or accounting role, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (e.g., MFRS/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
