Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MAS) and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely settlements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
- Review and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Executive in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
