Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, including AP, AR, and GL maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/MPERS standards.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and treasury functions to ensure liquidity.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, including SST and corporate tax filings.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risks.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional qualification like ACCA/CPA/MICPA is a strong advantage).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting or management, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based ERP systems).
- Solid understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to articulate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
