As the Finance & Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the management team, managing daily accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business growth.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate smooth financial audits.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
