Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the company's real estate projects.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for cost control and profitability.
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Finance or Account Manager role.
- Strong experience in the real estate or property management sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
