Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliation statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.
- Perform general ledger functions and assist in the closing of monthly accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
