Join MAP Active's dynamic finance team as a Finance Account Receivable Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's financial health. This position requires meticulous attention to detail as you reconcile accounts and perform journal matching between sales transactions and incoming payments. Your expertise will directly impact our cash flow by ensuring the Accounts Receivable Retail Outstanding maintains a zero balance through proactive reconciliation processes. You'll collaborate closely with sales and treasury teams to resolve discrepancies, implement collection strategies, and optimize payment cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Reconcile accounts and perform journal matching between sales transactions and incoming payments
- Ensure Accounts Receivable Retail Outstanding maintains zero balance through systematic reconciliation
- Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies with customers and internal departments
- Prepare monthly aging reports and collection analyses for financial review
- Collaborate with sales team to resolve billing disputes and payment delays
- Implement and improve accounts receivable processes and controls
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
