Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Manage General Ledger entries and ensure proper classification of financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash accounts.
- Assist in tax compliance tasks, including withholding tax calculations and VAT reporting.
- Update and maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure data accuracy within the Accurate software and prepare management reports.
- Support the finance team during internal audits and ad-hoc financial reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in using Accurate Software (mandatory).
- Good understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh & PPN).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in contract employment is preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
