We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Officer to join the Mattea Guest House team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of our operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing our inventory systems. Your day-to-day will involve managing daily cash flows, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and collaborating with the management team to optimize our business performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including cash handling, bank deposits, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and business logs.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices efficiently and on time.
- Assist in budget preparation and perform variance analysis to control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in financial data.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
