Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Process and record invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data and assisting with calculations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Assist with tax compliance activities, including preparation of necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and support operational decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance administrative role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
