Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, tax reports, and regulatory filings in strict compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax assessments.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within the general ledger.
- Oversee the company’s tax obligations, including VAT (PPN) and various types of Income Tax (PPh).
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data and maintain robust internal control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations, including PPh Pasal 21, Pasal 23, and PPN.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- High level of accuracy and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
