Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and submitting accurate tax returns (PPh, PPN, and local taxes)
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for management and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with academic departments to align financial planning with institutional goals
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and support budget forecasting
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to financial sustainability initiatives supporting student scholarships and community programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 3 years' experience
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPnBM) and accounting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Certification in accounting (Brevet A/B) or tax (SPT) highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in education sector or multinational organizations advantageous
