Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handle tax compliance, including preparation and filing of corporate tax returns
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Oversee budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Implement internal controls for financial risk management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
- Stay updated with changing tax regulations and accounting practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., Ak, BKP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
