PT Mustika Tembakau Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sidoarjo. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and providing strategic financial reporting to support our logistics and supply chain initiatives.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in accounting principles, tax regulations (specifically Brevet A/B), and has a proven track record within the freight forwarding or EMKL industry. You will lead financial accuracy, manage reporting cycles, and ensure that our company remains compliant with Indonesian statutory requirements. We are looking for a proactive leader who can streamline processes and foster financial excellence within our growing operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily financial, accounting, and tax operations of the company.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, and other mandatory filings.
- Supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and tax assessments.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high-performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the EMKL/Freight Forwarding industry.
- Must possess valid Brevet A and B certifications.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high integrity and attention to detail.
