Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Mentor staff through performance management and skill development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align financial strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial laws
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team development
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
