Join Transnovasi as a dynamic Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Supervisor and lead our financial operations to excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of finance, accounting, and tax departments
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor and develop finance team members
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting/tax
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP/IFRS
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
