Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement tax strategies ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Lead financial reporting processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Streamline internal controls and audit procedures to safeguard company assets
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes with accurate financial statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making
- Mentor finance staff and optimize departmental workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in management
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, income tax compliance)
- Proven experience with ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in multinational or tech industry preferred
