Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure comprehensive tax compliance, planning, and accurate filing for all entities
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement best practices in financial management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis software
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management success
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
